Base Camp
A foundational workshop that helps teams orient themselves, build shared understanding, and clarify how they want to work together.

Altitude Adjustment
A reflective format that supports teams in stepping back, noticing patterns, and adjusting how they collaborate under changing conditions.

CLIMB
A structured workshop focused on strengthening collective leadership, trust, and accountability within the team. Utilises Leadership Profile Assessment or Collective Leadership Assessment as its basis for growth. 

Rest & Recover
A format designed to support teams in pausing, reflecting, and restoring energy during or after intense periods of work or change.
