Dóra brings a rare combination of HR experience and systemic coaching expertise — shaped by years working inside the complexity of a global IT organisation, and later by deep immersion in relationship systems coaching.

She has lived and worked in the United States and the Middle East, which gives her a genuinely international perspective on how culture, leadership and collaboration interact differently across contexts.

What drives her is a conviction that people are fundamentally capable — and that the right kind of coaching creates the conditions for that capability to show up.

Lena has spent 20 years inside global organisations — across the IT and sporting goods industries — working in Human Resources before making the full shift into coaching and leadership development.

That background matters: she understands what it actually feels like to lead inside complex, fast-moving organisations, to navigate the politics of large teams, and to be the person in the room who has to make difficult calls under pressure.

Her coaching is direct, warm and grounded in genuine curiosity about what makes people — and systems — tick.
